Anyone who wants to change their lives. 

Counselling is a way of dealing with issues that may have been in your life for a while or those that have just happened.  The counsellor will give you a chance to talk through these things at an initial assessment session; the following sessions are a chance to work through problems and to begin the changes that may be necessary.

CBT is an active therapy; the counsellor will intervene during sessions and home-based work by the client is encouraged.  Usually only 1 session with the counsellor a week is scheduled, but the home-based work enables the client to continue to focus on the changes that will be helpful.
