Lynne Reynolds is trained in the use of the following:

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)/Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), in which the counsellor and client work together to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and beliefs.  Clients are also encouraged to alter any behaviour that may stem from these.

A variety of techniques may be used; some of these include relaxation, disputing negative beliefs, finding evidence to support change and using imagery.

CBT/REBT focuses on the goals you set yourself, rather than looking too deeply at the past. That doesn't mean that the past isn't relevant, and there may be occasions when a session to look at a particular issue is of value.  CBT is a problem-solving therapy.  This usually means there is a need for fewer sessions.

Systemic Therapy acknowledges that the client's close relationships will have an effect on the way the client perceives life events.  By the use of interventions such as circular questioning, the client is helped to see patterns of behaviour and thoughts that may be helpful to change.  Systemic therapy is mainly used with couples and families, but can also be useful in individual counselling sessions.

These two types of therapy work well together in that they both respect each individual's right to differing perspectives, beliefs, views and stories, whilst using cognitive (thinking), emotional and behavioural work to ensure clients achieve their aim - to change their lives for the better.
